No, kelle.lk is an online-only store.
We operate exclusively through our website and deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka.
Simply select your preferred item, choose the size, add to cart, and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation after payment.
We accept:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer (if applicable)
Please refer to our Size Guide available on each product page.
Measure your bust (for blouses) and waist/hips (for trousers). If between sizes, choose the larger size.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
We try our best to display accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Yes, we offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka.
Colombo: 1–2 working days
Other areas: 2–5 working days
Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
Currently, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are provided only if the product is defective.
